At 89 Division, each item is made to order. This allows us to minimise waste and maintain the quality and intention behind every piece.
Because of this, our returns and refund policy works differently from traditional retail.
1. Made-to-Order Items (General Policy)
All products are created individually for your order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size

Ordering the wrong colour or design

General preference-based reasons
Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Our Responsibility)
If your item arrives:

Damaged

Misprinted
-
Incorrect

With a manufacturing defect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A clear photo of the issue

A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
There is no need to return defective items unless we request it.
3. Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame:

We will investigate with the courier

If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no cost to you
Please allow up to 15 business days for carrier investigation depending on location.
4. Incorrect Address Provided by Customer
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.
If the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we can reship it to the correct address, but the customer must cover the new shipping cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Because items are made to order, the following cannot be returned:

Any product where the customer ordered the wrong size

Items without defects

Gifts
-
Sale or promotional items

Items returned without contacting us first
6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued when:

The item arrives damaged or defective and a replacement is not possible

The wrong product was sent

The order cannot be fulfilled
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled or updated within 1 hour of placing them.
After this window, production will already have begun and changes cannot be made.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for sizing or style preferences due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
