6. Order Processing & Fulfilment

All items are printed on order and fulfilled through trusted third-party production partners.

Processing times are typically 2–5 business days but may vary during peak periods.

Your order may be shipped from different locations depending on stock and fulfilment availability.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately.

7. Shipping

By placing an order, you agree to our Shipping Policy, which includes:

  • delivery estimates

  • shipping rates

  • customs/import charges where applicable

  • lost package procedures

Shipping times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

We only replace items that are:

  • misprinted
