Order Processing
All orders are made to order. Once your purchase is placed, it enters our production queue.
Processing time:
2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
Once your order is produced, it is shipped from the fulfilment the UK.
Please note: Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods, product launches, or promotional events.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link (where available).
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot reroute orders once they have been dispatched.
If an incorrect address is entered, and the parcel is returned to us, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit:
