ROOTS

We came from the places where culture is built off-grid —in basements, warehouses, back rooms, and low light.

From the hands that move in rhythm, the minds that refuse the obvious, and the hearts that stay awake when the rest of the world powers down.

We design for the ones who show up early, stay until the lights come on, and know that the underground isn’t a trend — it’s a pulse.

Mission

Mission

We create clothing shaped by culture: built from the nights, the noise, and the people who move with intention. Our mission is to design pieces that feel real, raw, and belong in the world they come from.

Philosophy

Philosophy

We believe in analogue imperfection, slow creation, and design that serves the pulse — not the market. Our work follows the values of craft, culture, and the idea that nothing should look or feel generic.

Aesthetic

Aesthetic

Our visual world blends rave history, raw texture, and modern minimalism. Every line, symbol, and distortion is crafted to echo the underground: imperfect, expressive, industrial and unapologetically true.

THE MAKERS

89 Division is built by two generations of the same pulse.

Adam — a father, a raver, an original head — was there when the acid house scene cracked open in ’88. Warehouse floors, fields at 5AM, the hiss of vinyl before the drop. He carried that era with him: the culture, the noise, the unity, the off-grid energy. Today, he continues to DJ in bars and clubs — pure house music, nothing commercial.

Alex — his son — grew up inside the visual side of nightlife: design, branding, flyers, promotion, the machinery that gives a scene its identity. He built his own underground house/techno event brand, running it for five strong years until his other projects took over.

The visual language. The story. The identity.

Together, they build 89 Division: Culture from one generation, design from the next.

A father and son unit shaping something that feels as real as the nights that inspired it.
